Cold chain

Bottles leave our fridge in insulated packaging with ice packs. We ship early in the week, so nothing sits in a warehouse over a weekend.

On arrival

Refrigerate immediately. Take the first one tomorrow morning.

Coverage

Currently shipping within the continental U.S.

Returns

It's perishable, so we can't take returns — all sales are final. If a delivery arrives warm, damaged, or late, we make it right: send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and, once confirmed, we replace the affected bottles or credit that shipment.

Subscription changes

Skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your batch ships. Changes made after shipment apply to the next one.

Note

Once a package is marked delivered, please refrigerate it promptly — bottles left out in the heat aren't covered. Replacement or credit is the sole remedy for delivery issues; the full details live in our terms & conditions.
